The long-awaited new film by star actor and director Jerzy Stuhr takes a look at the fate of two generations of contemporary Poles chased by ghosts from the past. The lives of Zdzislaw Dabrowski, a former secret police collaborator in communist Poland, and an equally corrupt college student become intertwined. Set against a political backdrop, “The Twists of Fate” is a story about love’s many faces in a world of lies, doubt and betrayal.
