ANDRZEJ KLIMOWSKI Poster Exhibition

To celebrate this year’s KINOTEKA poster created by world renowned artist Andrzej Klimowski, Riverside Studios will exhibit a rare selection of his work.
Born in London, Klimowski studied painting at St Martins School of Art and poster design at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Since the 1970s he has been designing some of the most memorable and influential posters and book jackets known today – for Jim Jarmusch, Harold Pinter and Milan Kundera, to name but a few. He is a Senior Tutor in illustration at the Royal College of Art. His work includes short films, illustrations and books.
His graphic adaptation with Danusia Schejbal of Bulgakov’s classic The Master and Margarita will be published by SelfMadeHero in April 2008. For more information visit www.selfmadehero.com
